Frank Miller’s Sin City

Watched Sin City this past weekend. It’s a fantastic adaptation of Frank Miller’s Sin City comic series. I’ve included scans of some of the more memorable scenes from the film in their original comic form. If you’ve already seen it in the theater, you can compare the cinematography with the comics themselves. If you haven’t seen it, here’s a taste of what to expect. Warning: These are relatively high-resolution scans and may take a while to load.

  1. Titus, these are nice scans. I’d read the "Goldie" story, but most of the others are new to me….

  2. Hi! I love that you have these up, but was wondering if you had any scans of the female cop that talks to Dwight outside of Kadie’s in "Family Values"? If so that would be great to get.

    Thanks!

  3. Tish, sorry, but I currently only have the three series that were done in the movie. I’ll keep an eye out though.

  4. Thanks a lot, Titus. It’s impossible to get the grip of these albums here in Ukraine, so I’m grateful to you for letting to feel the power of Frank Millers’ art this way. Thanks!

  5. I bought “A dame to kill for” I think. A while back, and I was so sad that Marv died I neglected to get other of Millers graphic novels. These are beautiful and bring back memories. Thank you.
